Background: Interstitial cystitis (IC — Bladder Pain Syndrome), is characterized by pain in the bladder worse when full and better when empty along with urgency and frequency. Despite extensive research, the pathophysiology is unknown and there is no effective treatment. ICEPAC aims to evaluate neurologic contributions to this disorder.
