Cardiac autonomic modulation after resistance exercise: Comparison between genders

      Background/Aims: We have previously shown that after a single bout of resistance exercise cardiac sympathetic modulation remains elevated for a long time. Some studies have suggested that autonomic modulation to the heart might be different between genders. Thus, the aim of this study was to compare the responses of cardiac autonomic modulation after a single bout of resistance exercise between genders.
